GOAL
Zamel & Turbag Consulting Engineers (ZATE)
management is fully committed to achieve the
national goal of "SAUDIZATION". ZATE has the
expertise, will, and systems in place to meet
this national challenge, in spite of well-known
obstacles on the path.
OBJECTIVES
>Build up a competent Saudi work force by
offering long term,
growth oriented, opportunities with attractive packages
>Implement a comprehensive planning and training
program,
which would develop Saudi professionals for the Engineering
works.
>Coordinate with Saudi Agencies, Universities,
and Technical
Institutes to achieve the best long-term results.
PLANNING
ZATE has a comprehensive plan under
implementation to increase Saudization
percentage progressively to achieve and exceed
the national goal.
Under this plan fresh graduates are hired from
Universities, Technical Institutes and high
school to go thru the training program and
become productive members of the Saudi
engineering work force.
TRAINING PROGRAM
ZATE has developed a training program for Saudi
Engineers, Designers, and CADD Operators,
consisting of two parts.
3 month Induction Training and 3 month on-the-job
Training
Experienced professionals are assigned on a one to
one basis to train Saudi personnel. The
discipline supervisors monitor the work
assignments and progress of each trainee on a
regular basis.

CADD TRAINING CENTRE
ZATE has established an IN-HOUSE CADD TRAINING
CENTRE with Ten (10) CADD Micro-Stations to
train young Saudi technical institutes/ high
school graduates under the guidance of full-time
instructors.
This program is implemented in co-operation with
the Human Resource Development fund (HRDF).
