Civil/Structural Engineering

ZATE Civil/Structural department has the engineering capabilities for preparing detailed design engineering, procurement assistance and tender documents for all types of projects.

Structural Activities:

The department is responsible for all types of structural activities such as:

• Performing structural calculations for all types of steel/concrete buildings and others structures such as pipe racks, pipe bridges, roadway bridges, etc.

• Performing structural calculations for all types of sanitary sewer and oily sewer structures such as STP facilities, pumping stations, lift Stations, concrete box culverts, etc

• Performing dynamic analysis for all types of foundations and structures supporting heavy rotating/reciprocating equipment such as compressors, horizontal and vertical pumps, cooling fans, etc.

• Preparing design drawings for all types of steel/concrete buildings and other structures such as pipe racks, pipe bridges, roadway bridges.

• Preparing design drawings for all types of sanitary sewer and oily sewer structures such as STP facilities, pumping stations, lift Stations, concrete box culverts, etc.

• Preparing construction specifications for all types of projects.
  Preparing bill of quantities of structural materials for all types of buildings and other structures.
  Preparation of purchase requisitions for all long lead structural materials.

  The department is responsible for all types of civil activities such as:

• Performing civil calculations for all types of infrastructure work such as surface drainage, water, sanitary sewer and oily sewer systems, streets, roads, etc.

• Preparing design drawings for all types of infrastructure work such as surface drainage, sanitary sewer and oily sewer systems, streets, roads, etc.

• Preparing design drawings for site preparation for different types of large projects.

• Preparing design drawings for grading and paving for different types of large projects.

• Preparing design drawings for large infrastructure projects.

• Preparing construction specifications of all types of projects.

• Preparing bill of quantities for all types of projects.

• Preparing purchase requisitions for long lead civil materials.

• Residential, commercial and industrial buildings/complexes and schools

• Foundations for process and pipeline equipment

• Blast resistant buildings

• Waste water treatment and oily water/sanitary sewer systems

• Steel structures, including buildings, platforms, piperacks, supports, etc.

• Finite element analysis (FEA)
